The Flavours of Ischia
The “Sapori” Restaurant, furnished in a fresh Mediterranean style, offers an elegant and refined atmosphere that provides the perfect setting for a carefully prepared and traditional cuisine, with particular attention to the selection of fresh and wholesome ingredients. All our dishes combine the pleasure of balanced and healthy cuisine with the authentic flavours of the Mediterranean.
From May until the end of September, lunch features a generous buffet of appetisers and vegetables, with a choice of first courses, main courses and side dishes. Every day, we offer dishes designed to satisfy even the most discerning palates while meeting the growing demand for healthy and light cuisine. From March to April and during October, a choice of menus is served.
Dinner is served at the table with a choice of menus. Appropriate attire is required, especially for gentlemen: long trousers and a shirt or polo shirt. To end the meal on a sweet note, we offer a delicious dessert buffet featuring specialities from the Ischian and Neapolitan traditions, prepared by the hotel’s pastry kitchen.
On special evenings, organised every 7 or 14 days, dinner is instead served at the “Il Giardino” Restaurant, surrounded by greenery.
Drinks & Bar
The hotel bar is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee break or sip a refreshing drink. In the evening, guests can relax to the sounds of live piano bar music.
If, during the day, you would rather stay close to the sunshine and the relaxing atmosphere of the pool, you can order a refreshing cocktail at the Bar Olimpico, the hotel’s other bar, featuring a terrace located right next to the main swimming pool.
